Stuyvesant High School has dorms that offer accommodation to its students. The dorms are found in the Stuyvesant Park Residence. This 12-story suite-style residence opened in August 2009.
The Park Residence has an abundance of large rooms and common spaces, including a lounge, study room, gym, art room, and music practice space.
Stuyvesant Park Residence is perfect for first-year students. With the availability of twin XL beds, students will have a home away from home. Each resident has a desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe.
However, Students residing a certain distance from the school are provided full-fare or half-fare student MetroCards for public transportation at the start of each term, based on how far away the student resides from the school.
