As I have stated at the beginning of this article, the undergraduate admission requirements for US universities and colleges can be quite a task for both local and international students.

Below you will find the general application requirements for an undergraduate program which sort to provide detailed US undergraduate admission requirements.

1. Educational credentials;

This is to prove that you have completed a secondary/high school education for admission into the tertiary institution. You will need your secondary/high school diploma and certificates of any final year exams required in your country.

A transcript of your records, courses, and grades is also required for an application to any of the American universities.

2. Standardized test scores;

Most universities or colleges will require standardized entrance exams to test your academic ability and proficiency level in the English language. You must take these tests and get a good score to be able to apply to your preferred university.
